I used to weigh 100 kg when I was only 11 years old. To cut a long story short, I ended up losing 50kg, reaching what I thought was my ideal weight, but instead of solving my problems, my weight loss just created new problems. I became obsessed with healthy eating.
After using the scientific principles of nutrition and exercise science to carefully devise a program that best suited my needs I was able to achieve my goals healthily and realistically without placing arbitrary restrictions on my life.
I wanted to bring these science backed systems to you. I know they work. In order to increase my knowledge I enrolled at Deakin University and graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science with Majors in Nutrition and Exercise Science. Doing this made me confident that I can give my clients sound information that is relevant, up to date and specific for them.
