Sculpt your arms using triceps pushdowns. Triceps rope or straight bar cable pushdowns are often performed incorrectly.
Either due to mismanagement of loads or simply incorrect execution.
Usually, people will flair out their wrists and lean over the rope or bar to get more weight on the stack.
This is unnecessary and can often mitigate triceps muscle activation. Your triceps basically extend your elbow.
They do some other stuff. But this is the main thing they do.
So, when you reach full elbow extension, there is no need to flaire your wrists out and push them to the side.

Try it now, it doesn’t result in anymore elbow extension.
If by definition this is a “single joint” exercise then your aim should be to minimise movement at other joints aside from the joint that muscle acts on.
Another thing you can do to improve your triceps extension technique is to bend your elbow as much as possible. Aim to get your forearm up to your biceps.

This will help ensure that you’re training your triceps at the longest possible muscle length. This can lead to more muscle gain.
You’ll also be using less weight and it will be more effective. Bettering fatigue managment and recoverability.
